The Biotechnology Master’s Program, Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), proudly announces that two of its students, Safira Ramadhani Azzahra and Darul Trisandy, have been accepted into a double degree program at Ibaraki University, Japan, for the October 2026 intake.

This double degree program provides students with the opportunity to study at two institutions while gaining international academic experience. Through this program, students are expected to broaden their perspectives, enhance global competencies, and strengthen their research capabilities in the field of biotechnology.

This achievement reflects the academic excellence and global competitiveness of UGM Biotechnology students, while also reinforcing the international collaboration between Universitas Gadjah Mada and Ibaraki University.

The Biotechnology Study Program UGM hopes that this accomplishment will inspire other students to pursue international academic opportunities and contribute to the advancement of science at the global level.
