The Master’s Program in Biotechnology organized a lecture on Genetic Engineering featuring an international expert in plant genetic engineering. This activity was part of the program’s commitment to enhancing academic insight and strengthening students’ research capacity in modern biotechnology. The lecture was held on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM onwards, in the PAU Building, 3rd Floor Lecture Room.
The session featured Prof. Dr. Bernhard Grimm, a distinguished expert in Plant Genetic Engineering. In his lecture, Prof. Grimm presented recent advances in plant genetic engineering, including molecular approaches to improve crop productivity, resilience to environmental stress, and the application of biotechnology to support global food security.
