The Master’s and Doctoral Programs in Biotechnology, Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), in collaboration with the Research Center for Biotechnology UGM, IPB University, and the Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (Trop BRC) IPB University, successfully held the National Seminar on Integrative Biotechnology and Metabolomics: Innovations for a More Sustainable World on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Auditorium of the Graduate School, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.

The seminar brought together researchers, academics, practitioners, and students from various institutions to discuss the latest developments and applications of biotechnology and metabolomics in supporting sustainable innovations.

Participants actively engaged in discussions on how integrative approaches in biotechnology and metabolomics can address global challenges in food security, health, and environmental sustainability. The event also served as a valuable platform to foster collaboration among universities, research institutions, and industries in advancing biotechnology research in Indonesia.
